Plushies Paradise only accept payment via internet banking to DBS Savings Plus account
Plushies Paradise assures that all items are in good condition and quality at the point of mailing. Thus, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.
Once ordered is confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.
There may be a slight variation in color between the actual item and that shown in the photo due to lighting effects thus there will be no exchanges allowed on the basis of color differences.
All prices stated does not include postage.
Plushies Paradise will not be responsible for any packages lost in transition or any items damaged during the mailing process. Registered mail is highly encouraged to prevent loss of mail.
We will hold the item for 48hrs after the confirmation email is sent. If payment is not made within 48hrs, we will release the item to other interested buyers.
Items will be posted within 3 working days after payment is received

Hellooo everybody!! After a long and unfortunate lay off (due to unforseen circumstances), we have worked tirelessly behind the scene to improve on our products and services. Thank you all who supported us previously when we first launched Plushies Paradise and we hope to gain more support by offering you the best services and plushies out there.

There will be some slight changes to the delivery of the plushies as we experienced some difficulties to send out some bigger sized one, or rather it'd be more costly. So to help our customers save the costs, we are offering free pick-up of the plushies at Boonlay MRT during weekdays evening, and / or central MRT (Raffles, City Hall, Dhoby Ghaut, Bugis) during weekends, subject to our schedule.

Standard items (normally plushies below 30cm and is not too fat) will be posted at a flat rate of $2 each, excluding registered mail (Registered mail at additional $2.24). This will cover the costs of postage + wrapping material. For bigger items, as above it is more expensive to send via postage so free collection at the various location is recommended. However, should you request for postage we will quote according to actual costs incurred and that we do not profit from this.
